Company: application, renewal and replacement

The companies owning or leasing the vehicles equipped with a control device referred to in annex I B of the Regulation (EEC) number 3821/85, must request the corresponding company card or cards from the competent road transport authority nearest the place where they have their main office.

Self-employed workers must also apply for a company card when they lease or own a vehicle equipped with a digital tachograph.

Application, renewal and replacement

The applications for new company cards, renewals, or card replacements must be made in writing using the model: the applications must be sent to the competent road transport authority nearest the place where the company has its main office. Internet without certificate: the company representative can fill in the complete application form online for presentation to the competent authority, together with the required documentation. Internet with certificate: if the company representative holds a class 2 certificate (such as the one issued by CERES) with a digital signature. Written requests must follow the model appearing as annex II of Order FOM/1190/2005.
